On this journey
You will be joining journey sisters in a supportive, intimate and sacred circle of 4 to lean into this inner work through SoulCollage®, art making, journaling, inquiry, experiential exercises, mindfulness practices, and group coaching to support you wherever you are on your life's journey.
You will work with the Cosmic Creatrix archetype, to tap into your Possibility, Potential, Purpose, Passion, Power and Presence to reclaim your Cosmic creative potential to create or express something new in an area of life that's most up for you and from what you most deeply desire.
You will be creating a new story for your future self and what your life looks like without what’s blocking you and by the end of the program to identify a specific tangible achievable goal with inspired actions, the small, often many small steps that are on your grow to realizing that.
You will be guided to dissolve the energies, feelings and limiting beliefs in your root stories and open up to new possibility and relationship with yourself working with the inner child, inner protector, inner critic or what parts and energies show up for you.
You will be learning simple attention and mindfulness practices to increase your mind body connection and the inner felt and somatic awareness to notice when you are back in an old story and not aligned with your Cosmic Creatrix, your authentic creative, powerful and resourced self.
You will have the opportunity to be gentley coached in the group to be guided deeper and gain clarity on what is opening up for you in alignment with your desired outcome from the program.
Schedule & Format
Begins Mid-Late September, 2024
We’ll meet 12 times live online starting mid-late September 2024, either weekly or bi-weekly with specific dates to be determined. And then after completion of the main portion of the program there will be 3 monthly followup sessions to check in on your growth path and inspired actions.
This journey is based on 1 full evolution/cycle of a transformational process with touch points for deeper inquiry and depth work necessary to create and/or express something new in your life, including:
* Expanding inner and somatic awareness
* Identifying and alchemizing old limiting stories/patterns/and beliefs.
* Engaging in a new co-creative relationship with yourself and your parts/neters.
* Creating a new story and growth path with inspired actions to live into and realize your new story.
*Reconnect with the creative flow of the Cosmos.
Kata purposely keeps the format less formal to leave room to adapt the program to the uniqueness of each Journey pod and it's participants.
Participants will be provided with a schedule and all the important program information upon registration.
Creative "homework" invitations and materials for self-reflection and inquiry will be made available at the end of each meeting.

About Kata
Kata Ritenburg is a SoulCollage® Facilitator and Creative Depth Coach who discovered SoulCollage® in 2005. She has been Anne Marie Bennett’s KaleidoSoul Assistant for the past 5 years.
Kata’s curiosity about life’s deeper questions has led her on a personal, spiritual, and transformational journey of self-discovery and healing. She chooses to live at the conscious edge of her desire to live into her fullest potential and possibility in service to the world.
